Gideon seeks a smithy

Ginzie happens on several forest giants in the western woods. He sizes up this opposition and decides this would be a fitting test for his skills. The giants enter into heated frenzies on his less then stealthy approach. The giants yell and roar...Ginzie tightens his grip on his enchanted Katana , raises his shield to a point just below his chin and charges.

The battle is joined in earnest...two giants try to take his flank...the katana sings through the air in a deftly measured arch...a giant gives forth a terrible scream as it is disemboweled...a spin maneuver by Ginzie frees his sword for another strike...a giant losses a hand...Ginzie lifts his shield...a tree limb is deflected from smashing his chest. Ginzie absorbes the blow and follows with a critical blow to the unbalanced forest brute!!!

One giant is left...it's rage spent it seems to be contemplating a withdrawl from this deft swordsman. It is not to be...Ginzie charges with an uncharacteristic overhand swing...his katana meets with the stone head of the giants club. Ginzie's hears the loud clang as his katana shatters...he losses the grip of what is left of his sword as his arm grows numb from the impact!
The giant is also distracted as the metal bits shower over it's body...Ginzie, the disciplined warrior collects himself more quickly the the brute...he uses his shield as a battering weapon...it is not pretty but it does the job, the giant slumps over, a bloody mess!
Ginzie curses under his breath at the gods and says aloud " What else can go wrong " Ginzie heads back to Tanamerah in a sour mood. He will find a replacement soon he thinks to himself ...trying to see the positive in this situation!

OOC: I could use a crafter enchater's help to replace the sword that disappeared from Ginzie's inventory...plus a couple other things:) I you might not mind helping please send me a PM so we can scedule a time in game,
