Becoming a DM here.

I have been asked this question before usually by new players who used to DM else where.

Well here is a little info about it and what gets us (the DM staff) to choose a new DM.

1. There has to be a need for it.
2. You have to have played here for a few months and understand Arcana.
3. The DM staff (all of them) have to vote you in.

Thats pretty much it in a nut shell.
